What we'll be your responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Reach out to retailers, jewellery boutiques, HNI clients, and potential bulk buyers.
• Make outbound calls, attend exhibitions, and tap new market segments.
• Identify untapped regions and build new client bases.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong rapport with existing clients and distributors.
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 follow-ups, especially during festivals and seasonal sales.
• Use WhatsApp professionally for follow-ups, catalog updates, and new arrivals.
3. Sales Target Execution
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies.
• Always stay in “closer mode” – not just talk, but sell.
• Track and report weekly progress to the founder.
